Telangana Today-Namaste Telangana Auto Show evokes good response
The two-day auto show organised by Telangana Today and Namaste Telangana saw a strong response on its first day in Karimnagar. Visitors explored a wide range of vehicles, including high-end cars and electric models, while banks and dealers set up stalls

Karimnagar: The two-day auto show jointly organised by Telangana Today and Namaste Telangana evoked a good response from the people on the first day on Saturday.
Besides two-wheelers and four-wheelers of all ranges, high-end cars of popular companies including electric vehicles were displayed at the show being held at the Ambedkar Stadium here. Vehicle lovers were seen visiting each stall and enquiring about the cost of vehicles and the advanced features offered. A few visitors were seen doing test drives of their favourite vehicles.
Along with automobile dealers of different companies, banks also set up their stalls to provide loans at the auto show.
Local MLA Gangula Kamalakar, inaugurating the show, appreciated Namaste Telangana and Telangana Today for organising the auto show for the convenience of local people. He said both newspapers, which have been in the front row in highlighting public issues, had come forward to meet the needs of the public by conducting the auto show. Earlier, people used to go to Hyderabad to purchase cars and other vehicles. However, the practice has changed since many car showrooms were opened in the town. More people were now purchasing cars as the buying capacity of the public had gone up during the last ten years, he said.
The auto show was a good opportunity to see different makes of vehicles under one roof. He said that every year new models arrive in the market, and people could see the latest models at the auto show.
Adarsha Automotives Maruti Suzuki Arena is the main sponsor. Besides luxury cars such as Mercedes Benz and BMW, vehicles of companies such as MG, Nissan, Hyundai, Nexa, Ather, Varun Motors, Citroen, Toyota, Green Honda, KIA, Hira Suzuki, Yamaha, Shree Enterprises Electric Vehicles, Zenesis Zensolar, Gravton e-Bike and others are being displayed at the auto show, where there is a True Value stall as well.
State Bank of India and Karimnagar DCCB have also set up their stalls at the auto show.
Karimnagar DCCB chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao, District Transport Officer Srikanth Chakravarthi, Telangana Publications Pvt Ltd General Manager (Advertisements) N Surender Rao, Karimnagar Branch Manager-cum-Bureau In-Charge K Prakash Rao, Karimnagar Deputy Manager (Advertisement) Mallaiah and others were present.
