Hyderabad: The State government on Monday issued orders transferring 17 officers.
J Shankaraiah, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) additional commissioner has been transferred as Municipal Commissioner (MC) Nizampet, Nageshwar, additional commissioner Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation posted as MC Meerpet, Rama Kirishna, GHMC deputy director veterinary has been posted as MC Peerzadiguda on deputation basis.
The other officers include Ravinder Sagar, GHMC joint commissioner posted as MC Miryalguda, Satyanarayana Reddy MC Medchal posted as MC Nirmal, S V Janaki Ram Sagar, Superintendent, Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA) posted as MC Gadwal, K Jayanth Kumar Reddy MC Ibrahimpatnam posted as MC Shadnagar, K Amarender Reddy MC Gundlapochampally posted as MC Adibatla, D Lavanya posted as MC Gundlapochampally.
Meanwhile, MNR Jyothi assistant director, Telangana Urban Finance Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited has been posted as MC Turkayamjal, K Phalgun Kumar, joint director CDMA posted as MC Manikonda, Jayanth who served as MC Manikonda has been posted as joint director CDMA, Mohd Yosuf, joint commissioner GHMC has been posted as MC Ibrahimpatnam, Ahmed Safiullah assistant director (waiting for posting) posted as MC Medchal and Jyothi Reddy district panchayat officer, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development posted as MC Jawahar Nagar on deputation.

Meanwhile, M Devanand working as GHMC Chief Engineer (CE), maintenance wing has been transferred and posted as GHMC CE projects wing. The post of GHMC, CE has been redesignated as Engineer-in Chief (EN) by the State government. Md Ziauddin working as GHMC CE (Administration) and CE for Hyderabad Road Development Corporation Limited (HRDCL) is the new EN. He will be incharge of all the engineering maintenance works taken up in GHMC including Comprehensive Road Maintenance Programme (CRMP), Strategic Nala Development Programme (SNDP) and HRDCL.
