Telangana: Two dead in crash on National Highway 65 in Nalgonda distrtict
The truck driver had stopped his vehicle on the highway to have a cup of tea, while the car going in the same direction did not notice the stationary vehicle and rammed into it.
Narketpally: Two passengers of a car died and three others injured critically when their car rammed into a stationary truck on the outskirts of AP Lingotam on National Highway 65 in the early hours of Sunday, police said. The injured have been rushed to Kamineni Hospital in Hyderabad where their condition is stated to be progressing.
The car passengers, all residents of Alwal locality of Hyderabad were on their way to Vijayawada. The truck driver had stopped his vehicle on the highway to have a cup of tea, while the car going in the same direction did not notice the stationary vehicle and rammed into it.
Two died on the spot and the three injured were rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
