Telangana: Two journalists killed in road accident

Kothagudem: Two journalists were killed in a road accident at Yerrammatalli temple at Krishna Sagar in Burgampad mandal in the district on Tuesday late night hours.

The incident occurred when the deceased, Asif Pasha (29) and Bhishma Reddy (34) of Ammagaripalle in Aswapuram mandal were going back to their homes from Kothagudem at around 11.30 pm.


A speeding lorry hit the bike on which the duo were travelling, killing Pasha on the spot. Bhishma Reddy died while undergoing treatment at District Hospital in Khammam. They both were working for different vernacular newspapers.
