Nalgonda: Two youngsters who were in love and attempted suicide by consuming pesticide at Thettekunta village of Tirumalgiri(Sagar) mandal two days ago, died while undergoing treatment in a hospital.
The victims were identified as Mattapally Kondal (21) and Sandhya (19), who were in love for the last one year. When their parents opposed their love, they attempted suicide by consuming pesticides on the outskirts of Thettekunta.
When their condition turned critical, Kondal and Sandhya were shifted to a hospital in Hyderabad by their relatives for better treatment.The lovers died in the early hours of Sunday while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
