Telangana: Youngster arrested for murdering father, burning body in Mancherial
A 23-year-old man was arrested in Mancherial district for allegedly murdering his father and burning his body after a dispute over his marriage. Police said he smothered his father at a mango farm, later filed a false missing complaint and confessed during interrogation

Mancherial: A youngster was arrested on charges of murdering his father and then burning his body for harassing him after marrying a girl against his wish at Bheemaram mandal centre on Wednesday evening.
Briefing details of the arrest, Jaipur Inspector Naveen Kumar said that Bheemini Uday (23) smothered his father, Laxman to death and then set fire the body at a mango farm in Bheemaram on July 21.
During the interrogation, Uday reportedly confessed that his father abused him and his wife after marrying against his wish. He revealed that he took Laxman to the farm before smothering him to death. He disclosed that he burnt the body. He then lodged a missing complaint to mislead his family.
Police launched a search and traced the body in the mango farm on July 30. They also recovered a motorbike used by the youngster to commit the crime.
