Hyderabad: The American Telugu Association (ATA) celebrated Dussehra on a grand scale in New Jersey on Sunday while following Covid-19 guidelines. About 1,000 people from all across NJ and neighboring states attended the program held at Royal Grand Manor, Edison.
Consulate General of NY Vijay Krishnan and ATA president Bhuvanesh Boojala inaugurated the celebrations with Durga Pooja. Cultural programs were organised and food stalls were set up.
The ATA President addressed the gathering and invited everyone to the ATA mega convention to be held in Washington DC from July 1, 2022 for three days. He urged all the Telugu people across the USA to utilize ATA SEVA, an emergency services wing to help people in need.
