Hyderabad: After securing a tense 37–32 victory over Bengaluru Bulls, Telugu Titans continued their impressive resurgence in Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 12, advancing to Eliminator 3.
Skipper Vijay Malik and head coach Krishan Kumar Hooda credited the win to the team’s collective grit, composure, and their never-say-die attitude, which has been the hallmark of their campaign this season.
Coach Hooda praised the team’s calmness in high-pressure moments, stating, “We said we would play do-or-die kabaddi — and the boys did just that. From start to finish, they controlled the match. Our captain Vijay showed great wisdom and control, and Bharat’s leadership in attack was extraordinary. Every player gave his all.”
Vijay Malik, who led from the front with a Super 10, reflected on the team’s mindset going forward: “We’ll go in with the same preparation and spirit. Winning or losing is part of the game, but we’ll make sure it’s a good contest. The aim is to play with honesty and confidence.”
Coach Hooda also highlighted the unity within the squad and the unwavering support of their fans. “This team has worked hard every single day, trained with discipline, and played with heart. Our supporters from Andhra and Telangana have stood by us through everything. The trophy is in everyone’s mind — and we’ll keep fighting for it,” he added.
