Hyderabad: Winter is gaining strength in the State, with breezy conditions prevailing across several districts. In the capital too, mercury has started dipping below the expected range. The lowest minimum temperature recorded in the city during the early hours of Saturday was 16.9 degree Celsius, whereas the maximum temperature was 29.6 degree Celsius.
According to officials at the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), the minimum temperature in localities situated on the outskirts of the city, including Kapra, Hayathnagar, Rajendranagar and LB Nagar, is likely to drop further to 14 degree Celsius during the next three days.
Meanwhile, due to a low pressure area in Andaman Sea, the northeastern part of the city is likely to receive rainfall up to 2.5 mm on Monday.
