Yadadri-Bhongir: Minister for Women and Child and Tribal Welfare Sathyavathi Rathod on Monday said development of Yadadri Sri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple was an example of the importance given by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for revival of ancient temple.
Speaking to the media after participating in a special pooja at Balalayam on the hillshrine, the Minister said that temples in Telangana, which were completely neglected by previous governments in united Andhra Pradesh, were getting back their lost glory with the initiatives by the Chief Minister after formation of Telangana State. “Yadadri Sri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple is one of them.
The Chief Minister has been striving to develop Yadadri on par with Tirumala. Chandrasekhar Rao is a true Hindu as reflected in his actions,” she said, adding that prayed to God to give strength and energy to the Chief Minister to provide even more effective administration in the State.
Earlier, the Minister inspected the ongoing temple development works on Yadadri hillshrine.
