TG EAPCET 2025: Mock allotment exercise reveals 5,900 engineering seats still up for grabs
Candidates can review their choices based on college-wise and branch-wise mock allotment of seats to be made available on the website on or before July 13.
Hyderabad: For the first time, mock seat allotment for the undergraduate engineering admissions was conducted on Saturday, with 77,154 candidates who took part in the TG EAPCET 2025 first-phase web-based counselling receiving a seat.
A total of 94,059 candidates exercised web options for 83,054 seats in 172 engineering colleges.
Of the total seats, 77,154 were allotted, leaving 5,900 vacant after the mock allotment, which was done to help candidates estimate their probability of securing a seat based on their rank, category, gender, and web options exercised. As many as 16,905 candidates did not receive seat allotments as they exercised fewer web options.
Candidates not satisfied with the mock allotment can modify their seat and college options on the website https://tgeapcet.nic.in on July 14 and 15. Candidates can review their choices based on college-wise and branch-wise mock allotment of seats to be made available on the website on or before July 13.
The provisional seat allotment will be announced on or before July 18.
