TG EAPCET 2028 to follow revamped Intermediate syllabus

The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test 2028 will adopt a revised syllabus aligned with changes being introduced by the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education from the 2026–27 academic year, officials said

Hyderabad: The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) scheduled for 2028 will feature a revamped syllabus. The new syllabus will be on the same lines of the intermediate syllabus, which is being changed by the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TG BIE) for the academic year 2026-27.

“As the TG BIE is making changes to the first intermediate year syllabus for the academic year 2026-27 and second intermediate syllabus next year, the same syllabus will be reflected in the TG EAPCET 2028,” said Dr. K Vijaya Kumar Reddy, Convener TG EAPCET 2026.

As per the rules, syllabus followed in the intermediate will be applicable for the TG EAPCET. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the intermediate syllabus was slashed by 30 percent and intermediate public exams were conducted with 70 percent syllabus, which also reflected in the TG EAPCET.
