TGSCPCR forms special bench in POCSO-related case involving Bandi Sanjay’s son
The Telangana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has formed a special bench to hear the case involving allegations against Sai Bageerath, son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar. Police have sought a detailed report from Cyberabad Commissionerate.
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights formed a special bench to hear the case of the sexual assault on a minor girl by Sai Bageerath, son of Union Minister, Bandi Sanjay.
The Petbasheerabad police had registered a case against Sai Bageerath, after a minor girl made a complaint on 8 May. The victim had alleged that on multiple instances, Sai Bageerath had inappropriately behaved with her and touched her private parts during a New Year Party at a farm house in Moinabad.
TGSCPCR, Chairman, N Dayakar Reddy, sought a detailed report from the Commissioner of Police Cyberabad about the case.
