Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has issued a warning to job aspirants about fraudsters falsely promising employment in the corporation in exchange for money.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the corporation clarified that the recruitment process for 3,038 posts has been initiated with the State government’s permission. A formal notification for these vacancies will be released soon through official government recruitment boards.

“The entire recruitment will be conducted transparently and purely on a merit basis. Job aspirants are requested not to fall prey to brokers or agents claiming to provide jobs through backdoor methods,” said TGSRTC Managing Director VC Sajjanar.

He further advised that if anyone approaches job aspirants with job offers in exchange for money, they should immediately report the matter to TGSRTC authorities or lodge a complaint at the nearest police station.
