TGSRTC launches bus service from Vemulawada to Mumbai

Two Lahari sleeper coach A/C buses flagged off; besides 22 ordinary seats, 20 sleepers are available in each bus

TGSRTC launches bus service from Vemulawada to Mumbai

Rajanna-Sircilla: TGSRTC has launched a bus service facility to Mumbai from Vemulawada temple town.

In the wake of requests from local people, the RTC decided to operate buses to Mumbai from Vemulawada. Two Lahari sleeper coach A/C buses will offer the service now. One bus, which will start from Vemulawada at 12.30 pm, will reach Mumbai the next day at 4.45 am. Another bus will start from Mumbai at 1 pm and reach Vemulawada next day at 5 pm.


Rs 2,000 is the sleeper fare for adults while it is Rs 1,600 for children. Meanwhile, the seat fare is Rs 1,500 and Rs 1,230 for adults and children respectively. Besides 22 ordinary seats, 20 sleepers are available in each bus.

Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar flagged off the service on Tuesday.
