TGSRTC to deliver ‘Bhadradri Talambralu’ at doorstep
With the support of the Telangana Endowment department, arrangements were being made to deliver thalambralu' to the homes of the devotees
Hyderabad: On Sri Rama Namavi, have the much revered ‘thalambralu’’ of Sri Sitarama Kalyanotsavam from Bhadrachalam Sita Ramachandraswamy temple handed over at your doorstep.
Like last year, owing to the huge response from devotees, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has decided to deliver the sacred ‘thalambralu’ to the devotees right at their doorstep.
With the support of the Telangana Endowment department, arrangements were being made to deliver thalambralu’ to the homes of the devotees.
Devotees have to pay Rs.151 and register their details at nearby TGSRTC Cargo parcel centers or tgsrtclogistics.co.in and the staff will home deliver the ‘Talambralu’ after the celestial wedding.
TGSRTC Managing Director VC Sajjanar launched the service at Bus Bhavan on Monday and paid Rs.151 to Business Head (Logistics) P.Santosh Kumar and received the receipt for the first booking.
Bhadradri Sri Sitarama’s Kalyana Talambralu are considered very special. Millions of grains of rice, which are peeled with a sieve and used in the Kalyanam for many years as Talambralu.
