Hyderabad: Telangana Tourism Development Corporation Managing Director Valluru Kranthi highlighted the importance of rural tourism in promoting sustainable livelihoods and engaging local communities.
She was speaking after inaugurating Farm-to-Folk Tourism Conclave 2025 organised by the Institute of Hotel Management Shri Shakti here. The other speakers addressed sessions on homestay guidelines, MSME funding, hospitality challenges and digital marketing.
The conference concluded with the Management of Shri Shakti Educational Society reiterating their commitment to promoting sustainable tourism and rural empowerment opportunities for the youth in hospitality, according to a press release here on Saturday.
