Hyderabad: The third poster of Tamil star Vijay’s upcoming film “Beast” was released on Twitter by the actor himself and production house Sun Pictures. Sun Pictures posted the new poster of the film and\captioned it “Happy New Year Nanba From team #Beast”. And, Vijay also sharing the new poster on his Twitter handle used the hashtag
‘#BeastFromApril’.
In the new poster, Vijay looks rugged, rough, tough, intense, with scars on his nose, blood marks on his face, forehead and neck, sports a salt & pepper hair and beard.

While the new year eve ‘Beast’ poster became top trend on the social media platform even as an announcement came earlier in the day (December 31) over an update coming later in the evening, the picture also set a massive record in 4 hours of its release. Fans celebrated this moment too on internet by trending the hashtags for long time. The poster also announces that the movie will be released in April 2022.
The hype for Vijay, fondly called ‘Thalapathy’, is real if we take a look at the massive number of likes and retweets the poster garnered on the two Twitter handles. In four hours, Vijay’s handle hit 1,54,0000 likes and 70,000 retweets, while Sun Pictures’ received 1,02,000 likes and 41,000 retweets.
Although many details on the movie are not revealed yet, reports say it is an action-packed entertainer. Written & directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures, “Beast” is Vijay’s 65th film. Music is scored by Anirudh Ravichander who worked with the actor last in “Master”. This is Pooja Hegde’s first movie with the actor.
Vijay’s earlier two posters from “Beast” were released on June 21 and June 22.
On the actor’s birthday eve, on June 21, the makers Sun Pictures unveiled its first-look poster.

And at the stroke of midnight of June 22, the second-look poster of the film was released, ringing in Vijay’s birthday.
