Warangal: Warangal railway police and Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Friday arrested a person transporting 10 kg of dry ganja worth Rs.2.55 lakh in Warangal Railway Station.
The accused was identified as Siddram Govind Jadhav from Thane, Maharashtra.
According to information, during a routine check at the Warangal Railway Station, the security personnel came across Govind Jadhav and while checking his belongings, 10 kg of dry ganja packed in small packets were recovered. He was carrying the consignment to Mumbai to his clients.
A case was registered and the accused was produced before court and remanded in judicial custody.
