Thief steals laptops and phones from hostel near Ghatkesar

A thief broke into a men’s hostel at Yamnampet near Ghatkesar and stole five laptops and four mobile phones while students were asleep. The incident was captured on CCTV, and police are working to identify the suspect

Hyderabad: A thief allegedly broke into Nityasri Men’s Hostel and stole five laptops and four mobile phones while students were asleep at Yamnampet near Ghatkesar on Thursday.

The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the hostel.

The hostel management and students have lodged a complaint with the Ghatkesar police. Efforts are on to identify and trace the suspect.
