Thieves decamp with ornaments worth Rs 40 lakh in RC Puram
Unidentified persons decamped with 460 grams of gold ornaments from the house of one Venugopal at Sai Nagar Colony in RC Puram in the early hours of Sunday.

Sangareddy: Unidentified persons decamped with 460 grams of gold ornaments from the house of one Venugopal at Sai Nagar Colony in RC Puram in the early hours of Sunday.
While the family members were sleeping in a bedroom, the burglars broke into another room through a window and decamped with gold ornaments, 20 tolas of silver ornaments and Rs 10,000, altogether worth about Rs.40 lakh. When Venugopal and his family members woke up on Sunday morning, they found the window open and ornaments missing.
The police registered a case. A probe is on.
