Three farm labourers from Maharashtra killed, 11 injured as jeep hits stationary lorry in Mancherial
Three farm labourers died and eleven were injured when a jeep carrying migrant workers rammed a stationary lorry on the Mancherial–Hyderabad highway at Indaram village. The injured were hospitalized; rash driving is suspected. Victims were Maharashtra labourers heading to Karimnagar

Mancherial: In a tragic incident, three farm daily-wage laborers were reportedly killed on the spot, while eleven persons sustained injuries when a jeep in which they were travelling crashed into a stationary lorry on Mancherial-Hyderabad state highway at Indaram village early on Monday morning.
Police said the identity of the victims was yet to be established. The injured laborers were shifted to government general hospital in Mancherial town. The bodies of the laborers were preserved at the hospital for identification. More details of the accident are awaited.
Rash and negligent driving by the jeep driver is suspected to be cause the mishap.
Twenty-three farm labourers from Maharashtra were proceeding to Karimnagar district to plant paddy saplings at the time of the mishap. Farmers in Telangana hire laborers of neighboring states considering their high performance and to reduce costs.
