Three held for selling Remdesivir at higher prices in Hyderabad

The arrested persons are identified as P Boudhya, Chandrasekhar and K Ravi.

Hyderabad: Three persons who were illegally selling Remdesivir injection at exorbitant prices were arrested by the LB Nagar police on Sunday.

The arrested persons are identified as P Boudhya, Chandrasekhar and K Ravi. “The three persons had procured the injection costing Rs 3,490 from a known source and were selling it in the market at RS 30,000 each. On information, they were caught while selling the injection to some person,” said K Ashok Reddy, Inspector, LB Nagar.


A case was registered and investigation is going on.
