Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Three persons, including a woman, were arrested for allegedly selling two women from Bejjur to men in Madhya Pradesh. They were produced before media persons at the Koutala mandal headquarters on Friday. Police seized three mobile phones from the accused.

Police identified the accused as Mudimadugula Prashanth alias Bablu and his wife Savitha, both from Kishtampet in Chennur, and Mahesh from Sironcha in Maharashtra. They were apprehended for their role in trafficking two women to men from Atreyapuram in Madhya Pradesh. The accused were detained after the parents of the victims lodged a missing complaint in September.
