Nizamabad: Three persons including two hailing from Punjab were found murdered in Nizamabad district.

The incident happened in a shed in Dichpally mandal around midnight on Tuesday, police officials said. They said that unidentified persons murdered the trio, who were in the age group of 28-45 and were harvester mechanics. The police said the motive behind the killing was under investigation. Two of the deceased were from Punjab and another from Sangareddy district. The trio was hit with hammer, Nizamabad Commissioner of Police Kartikeya said while interacting with media persons. “The bodies bore blunt injury marks. We are working on clues and a special team was formed,” he said. A case was registered and probe is on.
