Three sisters among victims of Chevella bus tragedy

Three sisters from Tandur — Nandini, Sai Priya, and Tanusha — were among those killed in the Mirzaguda RTC bus–truck collision. The students were returning to Hyderabad after attending a family wedding when the accident occurred.

Hyderabad: In a heart-wrenching incident, three sisters have lost their lives in the fatal RTC bus accident near Mirzaguda in Chevella mandal.

The victims identified as Nandini, a Degree 1st Year student, Sai Priya, a Degree 3rd Year student, and Tanusha, a MBA student, were daughters of Yellaiah Goud from Tandur. All three were studying in Hyderabad.

As per available information, the sisters had recently returned home to attend a relative’s wedding and were on their way back to Hyderabad on Monday early morning when the ill-fated bus collided with a gravel-laden truck. All three died on the spot.

The tragic loss of the young women has cast a pall of gloom over their house in Tandur.
