Thummala Nageswara Rao warns officials against protocol violations

Kothagudem: Agriculture Minister Thummala Nageswara Rao warned government officials not to violate protocol while organising official programmes.
Speaking at a programme at Pusukunta in Dammapet mandal in the district on Tuesday he warned officials against ignoring elected representatives when organising official programmes. This he said with reference to R&B officials’ failure to give prior information to Aswaraopet MLA Jare Adinarayana regarding a foundation laying ceremony they organised on the day.
The Minister said that officials have to personally give information local elected representatives and MLA of the constituency, besides passing on the information to the district Collector. Because of the officials’ negligent acts, the government’s image should not be damaged, he added.
