Hyderabad: TiE Hyderabad, which stands for The Indus Entrepreneurs, organised the TiE Women Roadshow at T-Works in Raidurgam in the city. Over 100 aspiring women entrepreneurs from different walks of life participated in the roadshow.
The event was organised to create awareness about TiE Women, a unique programme that helps women founders grow their startups by providing mentorship, training, networking, visibility and investor access. The larger idea is to increase and support women’s entrepreneurship globally. A part of the initiative is also a pitch competition.
The seventh edition of TiE Women will be held later this year, for which entries have been invited from women entrepreneurs across Telangana. The last date to apply is May 10. TiE Women 2026 targets 200 applicants through statewide outreach.
Murali Kakarla, President, TiE Hyderabad, said there is no entry fee to participate in the TiE Women programme. This year, the chapter will conduct roadshows in Tier-2 cities of Telangana, including Nizamabad, Warangal and Karimnagar.
