Tiger sighted at eco-bridge, motorists panic in Asifabad
An adult tiger was seen at a side of the bridge meant for passage of wild animals on NH 363. Some motorists shot a video of the tiger. Motorists said they were frightened by the presence of the tiger at the bridge. The video clip was widely shared on social media platforms.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A tiger was sighted at an eco-bridge near Goyagaon village in Wankidi mandal on borders of Telangana and Maharashtra, triggering panic among motorists in the evening on Tuesday.
An adult tiger was seen at a side of the bridge meant for passage of wild animals on NH 363. Some motorists shot a video of the tiger. Motorists said they were frightened by the presence of the tiger at the bridge. The video clip was widely shared on social media platforms.
Officials of the forest said that a tiger residing in forests of Chandrapur district in Maharashtra drifted towards the forests of Telangana on Monday. They stated that it might have strayed into the forests of the district in search of territory. They added that steps were being taken to ensure smooth passage for the tiger.
