Tight security in Hyderabad ahead of Hanuman Jayanti

Hyderabad: With Hanuman Jayanti set to be celebrated on April 2, the Hyderabad Police have ramped up security for the annual procession from Gowliguda Ram Mandir to Tadbun Hanuman Temple.
Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar on Tuesday reviewed arrangements along the route, accompanied by senior officials, focusing on crowd control, traffic management and deployment of forces.
Officials said special teams will monitor sensitive areas, while CCTV surveillance, barricading and traffic diversions have been planned to ensure smooth movement.
Police requested citizens to follow guidelines and cooperate to ensure a peaceful celebration.
