Tiryani SI suspended over allegations of corruption in Asifabad
A Sub-Inspector from Tiryani police station in Kumram Bheem Asifabad district was suspended over corruption allegations. The action was taken by the Multi Zone DIG after an inquiry report confirmed his alleged involvement while serving in Kagaznagar
Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Tiryani Sub-Inspector Venkatesh was suspended over allegations of corruption. An order to this effect was issued by Multi Zone DIG S Chandrashekhar Reddy on Saturday.
The suspended officer Venkatesh faced action for his alleged involvement in corruption while working as an SI of the Task Force wing in Kagaznagar town. Police officials carried out an inquiry into the allegations and submitted a report to the DIG, prompting him to initiate action against the SI.
