Titans edge Police, SCR thrash VPG to reach semifinals Titans, SCR move into semifinals

Titans defeated Police 78–73 and South Central Railway thrashed Victory Playground 69–28 to reach the semifinals of the GM Sampath Kumar Trophy basketball championship at YMCA Secunderabad. Raja Shekhar scored 33 for Police, while Salman and Kunal starred for Titans

Hyderabad: Titans stormed into the semifinal of the Annual League Basketball Championship for the GM Sampath Kumar Trophy at YMCA Secunderabad with a hard-fought 78–73 win over Police after leading 29–26 at half-time.

In another quarterfinal, South Central Railway breezed past Victory Playground 69–28 after leading 39–9 at half-time.
