Adilabad: Police arrested two persons and seized banned tobacco products worth Rs 30 lakh at Bhoraj village in Jainath mandal on Thursday.
The police said that accused were smuggling the products from Hyderabad to Raipur of Chhattisgarh by a van.
According to Police, the duo was found to be transporting the prohibited products without carrying relevant bills. They were handed over to authorities of the Road Transport Authority for further action. A case was registered and the investigation is on.
