Top cops felicitated by Telangana governor

Governor presented the certificates to Hyderabad Commissioner Anjani Kumar, Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat and Cyberabad Commissioner VC Sajjanar

Hyderabad: The Police Commissioners of Hyderabad, Rachakonda and Cyberabad were awarded commendation certificates by Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan for their commendable social service during the lockdown.

The Governor, also the president of the Indian Red Cross Society Telangana, presented the certificates to Hyderabad Commissioner Anjani Kumar, Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat and Cyberabad Commissioner VC Sajjanar at a function here on Wednesday.

All the three police forces, since the start of Covid19 pandemic and the second wave as well, have been organising blood donation camps, serving food to orphans, destitute and elderly people in orphanages and public places. This apart, the police are also providing ration to families affected by the pandemic.
