Traffic convergence meet held at Cyberabad
Officials said issues were discussed in detail and specific decisions were taken to address them in a time bound manner.
Hyderabad: A convergence meeting was held by Cyberabad Traffic Police with the officials of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and other agencies on road safety and traffic management issues, here on Wednesday.
At the zonal level meeting held at Cyberabad Police Commissioner’s office in Gachibowli, issues regarding poor illumination, road markings, junction developments, sign boards, footpaths, foot over bridges, water logging, drainage and water leakage among others were discussed.
Officials said issues were discussed in detail and specific decisions were taken to address them in a time bound manner.
Ravi Kiran, Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, Serilingampalli, S.M.Vijay Kumar, DCP (Traffic) Cyberabad and officials from the HMWSSB and TSSPDCL were also present. These meeting would be held frequently from now on to keep a track the implementation of decisions taken, officials said.
