Traffic curbs imposed at Jubilee Hills check post for flyover works
Hyderabad Traffic Police have imposed need-based diversions around Jubilee Hills check post, KBR Park entrance and Mugdha junction from February 27 due to ongoing steel flyover and underpass works. Commuters have been advised to avoid peak hours and follow traffic updates

Hyderabad: In view of the ongoing construction of steel flyover and underpass works at Jubilee Hills check post, KBR Park entrance and Mugdha junction, the Hyderabad Traffic Police have placed certain diversions in the surroundings from February 27.
Traffic congestion is expected on stretches between Mugdha junction, KBR Park entrance (Gate-I) and Jubilee Hills check post. Officials said the diversion will be done only on need basis.
Traffic diversions:
*Traffic from NFCL towards Srinagar Colony T Junction, Sagar Society, KBR Park Entrance and Jubilee Hills check post and Durgam Cheruvu will be diverted towards Srinagar Colony, Indiranagar Labour Adda, Venkatagiri X Roads and Jubilee Hills check post.
*Traffic from Road No.36 & 45 Jubilee Hills towards NFCL will be diverted towards Indira Nagar Labour Adda, Srinagar Colony, Value Zone, Punjagutta main road.
* Vehicles from KCP and Road No. 1, Banjara Hills towards KBR Park, Jubilee Hills check post, Road No.36 will be diverted towards Cancer Hospital via Agrasen Island, Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills.
* Vehicles from Masab Tank towards KBR Park, Jubilee Hills check post may take turn from Virinchi Hospital towards Agrasen Island and proceed towards Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills.
Police Advisory:
• Avoid peak hours (8.30 am – 11 am and 5 pm– 9 pm)
• Follow on-ground traffic police instructions and signage
• Use navigation apps for real-time traffic updates
• Prefer public transport and carpooling to reduce congestion
• Heavy vehicles are advised to avoid the stretch during peak hours
