Traffic diversions for 85th Industrial Exhibition at Nampally in Hyderabad

Hyderabad Traffic Police have announced traffic restrictions around Nampally from January 1 to February 15 due to the 85th All India Industrial Exhibition. Diversions will affect RTC buses, private buses, and heavy vehicles from multiple routes including SA Bazaar, Jambagh, Begum Bazar, and Bahadurpura.

Hyderabad: In view of the 85th All India Industrial Exhibition, popularly known as Numaish, to be held at the Exhibition Grounds in Nampally, certain traffic restrictions will be placed in the surroundings from 4 pm till midnight every day between January 1 and February 15.

Accordingly, RTC buses, private buses and heavy vehicles coming from SA Bazaar and Jambagh side towards Nampally will be diverted towards Abid Road junction and buses and other heavy vehicles from Police Control Room and Basheerbagh towards Nampally will be diverted towards Abid Road.

Likewise, heavy and medium motor vehicles from Begum Bazar towards Malakunta will be diverted towards Darusalam and Ek Minar, Nampally and vehicles from Darusalam (Goshamahal Road) towards Afzalgunj or Abid Road side will be diverted towards Begum Bazar, City College and Nayapul.

Similarly, vehicles including RTC buses from Moosa Bowli and Bahadurpura towards Nampally will be diverted towards Nayapul and MJ Market.

Hyderabad Traffic Police have requested commuters to avoid the route of MJ Market – Gandhi Bhavan – Nampally junction especially between 4 pm and 12 am every day and take alternative routes until the exhibition concludes.

Citizens intending to visit the exhibition are requested to avail of the public transport facilities like RTC buses and Metro Rail services (available until 11.30 pm on weekdays and 12 midnight on weekends and public holidays).
