Train services cancelled due to Cyclone ‘Montha’ impact

Due to Cyclone ‘Montha’, South Central Railway has cancelled the Secunderabad–Visakhapatnam Express (Oct 29) and Howrah–Secunderabad Falaknuma Express (Oct 30). Passengers are advised to check updates via SCR channels and can claim full fare refunds.

Hyderabad: In view of the continuing impact of Cyclone ‘Montha’, the South Central Railway (SCR) has announced the cancellation of select train services to ensure passenger safety and operational efficiency.

Accordingly, Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam Express (22204) stands cancelled on October 29 and T Howrah – Secunderabad Falaknuma Express (12703) will remain cancelled on October 30.

Restoration of services will be notified once weather conditions improve and safety inspections are completed.
