Sangareddy: As many as 30 Trainee Civil Servants and other central service officials have arrived at Sanagreddy as part of their training. Additional Collector Rajaharshi Sha and other officials have welcomed them to the district. Dividing them into six teams, the Additional Collector has allotted them six villages where they would spend time until March 12.
Speaking on the occasion on Monday, the Additional Collector said the trainee IAS, IPS, IFS and other central service trainee officials will study the impact of welfare schemes introduced by the State and Central governments.
Suggesting the officials to concentrate on the socio-economic status of the citizens in the village, Sha said that the study will help them in the future when they will serve as an officer. He has asked them to study the State government’s programmes such as Palle Prakruthi Vanam, Mission Bagiratha, Dharani, Village Profile, NREGS and others. Appointing DRDO PD Ch Srinivas Rao as a nodal officer for the trainee officers’ visit, the Additional Collector has also appointed district-level officials as in charges to each of the six teams to guide them during their stay.
