Siddipet: As many as 50 Trainee Deputy Collectors from Gujarat visited the Mission Bhagiratha pump house at Komatibanda near Gajwel in Siddipet district on Wednesday as part of their six-day training tour of Telangana State.
The team of Deputy Collectors, who are undergoing training at MCHRD in Gachibowli, visited Komatibanda on the directions of the Director MCHRD, Haripreet Singh.
Executive Engineer, Mission Bagiratha, T Rajaiah explained to the visiting officials about the Mission Bhagiratha scheme and how the Telangana government had put a permanent end to the drinking water woes of the State.
Course Director, Ravulapati Madahavi, Faculty members, Dr Suresh Kumar, Peddaboina Srinivas and Assistant Executive Enineer, N Ngarajuna and others were present.
