TRS suspends KUDA director Chirra Raju for anti-party activities
Raju, who sought TRS corporator ticket from the 52 nd division in the GWMC, remained in the fray defying party orders.
Warangal Urban: TRS party suspended Dr Chirra Raju for resorting to anti-party activities here on Friday.
The TRS state general secretary and combined Warangal district incharge Gyadari Balamallu, in a statement, said the party had given him a suitable position as Director of the Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) recognizing his services. “However, he has been resorting to anti-party activities, and the party has suspended him,” he said.
Chirra Raju, who is a contract lecturer at University Arts and Science College, Hanamkonda, was an active member of the KUJAC during the fight for the separate State. Raju, who sought TRS corporator ticket from the 52 nd division in the GWMC, remained in the fray defying party orders.
