Hyderabad: Trump Towers, a luxury residential development, is set to come up on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet. The project, which is being developed by Tribeca Developers in collaboration with Ira Realty, will bring the Trump standard of luxury, design and service to Hyderabad.
Announcing the project launch here on Tuesday, Tribeca Developers said the towers would comprise two 65-storey towers rising approximately 800 feet, connected by a suspended sky bridge at the 28th floor. Above the bridge sits the Trump Club, a landscaped club floor spanning both towers and open to the city on every side.
The project will feature more than 450 residences, including 3.5- and 4-BHK homes and a collection of double-height simplex residences. The developers said the Trump Towers Hyderabad received RERA registration, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open, with early registrants securing priority allocation ahead of the project’s formal sales launch.
The Trump Organisation vice president Eric Trump said India continues to be one of the world’s most exciting luxury real estate markets. “Hyderabad is one of India’s most dynamic and rapidly growing cities, and I am confident that Trump Towers Hyderabad will become one of its most iconic addresses,” said Trump.
Tribeca Developers founder Kalpesh Mehta said every Trump Tower that they have built in India has become an address in its city.
