TS EAMCET web counselling from Aug 30
Phase I of the process starts for students to take admissions into engineering and pharmacy courses
Hyderabad: After the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2021 results, its time to gear up for admissions into various professional courses. The process for the first phase web-based counselling for admissions into engineering and pharmacy courses through the TS EAMCET is all set to commence from Monday.
Candidates who qualified in the entrance test have to fill in basic information, pay the processing fee and book a slot for certificate verification through the website https://tseamcet.nic.in between August 30 and September 9.
The certificate verification for candidates who have already booked slots will be held from September 4 to 11. The presence of a candidate is mandatory for certificate verification on the scheduled slot booking date and students alone will be permitted into the certificate verification hall.
Student Checklist
During the verification, students have to produce original certificates and two sets of photocopies of TS EAMCET 2021 rank card, hall ticket, Aadhaar card, SSC or its equivalent marks memo, intermediate or its equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate, Class VI to intermediate or its equivalent study certificates, transfer certificate, income certificate, if applicable, and caste certificate, if applicable. If a candidate has no institutionalised education, a residence certificate for a period of seven years preceding the qualifying examination should be submitted.
After verification of certificates, candidates must exercise web options for allotment of the seat, course and college between September 4 and 13. “Candidates/parents are advised to exercise as many options as possible to avoid the disappointment of not getting a seat. Therefore, while exercising the options care needs to be taken in selecting the college and branch as per the choice of the candidates,” officials said.
The seat allotment orders for candidates who exercised web options will be released on September 15 and candidates who receive such seat allotment order must self-report online and pay tuition fees between September 15 and 20.
A schedule for final phase web-based counselling and spot admissions will be made available on the website https://tseamcet.nic.in in the due course of time.
