Kothagudem: Chairman and Managing Director of TS GENCO D Prabhakar Rao visited Bhadradri Thermal Power Station (BTPS) at Manugur in Kothagudem district on Monday.

He held a meeting with the GENCO officials and reviewed the progress of BTPS fourth unit works. He told the officials to expedite the works and make it ready for commercial operation declaration (COD) at the earliest.

Prabhakar Rao also inspected railway line works connecting the power station with Manugur station for transportation of coal to BTPS and told officials to speed up the works. BTPS Chief Engineer P Balaraju, Directors Ajay Kumar and Sachidanandam were present.
