TSLPRB issues notification for recruitment of Assistant Public Prosecutors

Board Chairman V V Srinivasa Rao on Sunday said the candidate must not have attained the age of 34 years as on July 1, 2021.

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board has invited applications through online for direct recruitment to the post of 151 Assistant Public Prosecutors.

Board Chairman V V Srinivasa Rao here on Sunday said the candidate must not have attained the age of 34 years as on July 1, 2021 that is he or she must have been born not earlier than July 2, 1987.

The upper age limit will be relaxable as per the relaxations mentioned in the notification. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any subject along with a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB / BL) awarded by any university in India.

Candidates who have passed five-year course in law after their intermediate are also eligible. They must have practiced as an advocate for not less than three years with active practice in criminal courts in the State as on the date of notification.

Candidates with local candidature of Telangana belonging to SC and ST categories have to pay a fee of Rs.750 towards registration of the application along with processing it, conducting the examination and maintaining the portal etc.

All other candidates have to pay Rs. 1,500 towards the same. Eligible candidates may apply online only after satisfying themselves about their eligibility with reference to the terms and conditions of this process of recruitment.
