According to a press release issued here on Sunday, commuters can share suggestions, feedback or grievances, if any, on Twitter: @tsrtcmdoffice.
Any positive feedback on the achievement of the employees such as safe driving, courteous behaviour, good maintenance of vehicle, prompt response can also be brought to the notice of Sajjanar, the release added.
