Karimnagar: Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation chairman Uppula Srinivas Gupta promised to develop the State as a tourism hub under leadership of the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. Speaking after visiting Karimnagar Ujwala Park on Friday, Gupta said different plans were prepared to develop Telangana as a tourism destination. Besides the water fountain and central lighting system, special arrangements would also be made to organise functions at night time by the people. Later, Srinivas who went on a boat ride in Lower Manair Dam, promised to arrange a 100 seats capacity boat at LMD.
