Mancherial: A student from Telangana Social Welfare Residential Centre of Excellence (TSWR- CoE)- Bellampalli got admission into National Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Sonipat of Haryana. He got the seat when he excelled in JEE-Advanced 2021 results of which were declared in the fifth and final round of allocation of seats by Joint Seat Allocation Authorities (JOSA) on Wednesday.
Principal of the centre Inala Saidulu said that the student was Malyala Harikrishna, who studied Intermediate at the institution. Harikrishna is the elder son of a single mother who works as an ayah at an Anganwadi centre of Thugeda village in Rebbena mandal of Kumram Bheem Asifabad district. Already, three students of the centre got admissions into National Institutes of Technologies, he added.
TSWR Joint Secretary K Sharada, Adilabad Regional Coordinating Officer Koppula Swarpu Rani, assistant RCO Kotichintala Maheshwar Rao and teachers of the centre congratulated the student for achieving admission into the premiere food technology institution. Durgam Ranjith, Nandanakari Sai Teja and Doli Mallikharjun of the institution got admissions into different NITS by shining in the JEE-Advanced 2021.
