Two arrested for peddling ganja in Telangana’s Asifabad
Two persons were arrested in Kumram Bheem Asifabad for selling banned ganja. Police seized 60 grams of the contraband during a raid at a Punjabi dhaba. The suspects were handed over to local police for further investigation
Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Two persons were arrested on Tuesday on charges of peddling banned ganja in Asifabad. Police seized 60 grams of the contraband substance from them.
Task Force Inspector Rana Prathap said that Ganna Shravann Kumar from Kairgaon and Arun Ramarao of Rajura were apprehended for selling ganja at a Punjabi dhaba in the town following a tip-off. The two were handed over to Asifabad police for further action.
SI Raju and constables Sanjeev and Devender took part in the operation.
