Two best friends lose lives after bike hits a stationary truck

Two friends, Sai and Ajay, died after their bike collided with a stationary truck near Lachapeta village in Kamareddy. They were first taken to a government hospital, then to Hyderabad, where they succumbed to head injuries. Police investigation is ongoing

Kamareddy: Two best friends lost their lives after their bike hit a stationary truck at Lachapeta village in district here on Thursday. Sai and Ajay, residents of Lachapeta village had gone to Machareddy Chowrasta and were returning to their village.

However, near the substation on the Lachapeta village fringe area the bike lost control and hit the stationary truck from behind. Both Ajay and Sai suffered severe head injuries in the incident. Locals immediately shifted them to Government Hospital in Kamareddy, according to reports.


The parents later shifted the injured to a private hospital in Hyderabad, where the duo breathed their last while undergoing treatment. Based on the complaints lodged by the parents of the deceased, the police registered a case and investigation is under progress, the reports said.
